1 and One Consulting are Canberra-based specialists in public sector professional service delivery. They understand how to navigate complex politically-driven environments, projects with multiple conflicting stakeholders, corporate partnerships, and transformational change to Australian Federal Government. As their influence in the public sector continued to grow, they recognised the need to enhance their professional documentation capabilities.
The firm required a comprehensive suite of professional templates and branded assets to support their team in delivering consistent, high-quality client communications. Their existing documentation process needed standardisation to ensure efficiency and maintain their professional image across all government and corporate engagements.
We developed a professional template suite that transformed 1 and One Consulting’s documentation preparation processes. The solution included a sophisticated report, proposal and general PowerPoint templates, an efficiency-creating graphics library, and a set of branded content assets.
The new template system has enabled 1 and One Consulting to maintain consistent branding whilst improving the efficiency of their document creation process.
The standardised templates have streamlined their workflow, ensuring all client-facing materials reflect their professional standards and expertise in public sector consulting.
