Our engagement with DL Communications centred on equipping their team with a cohesive suite of Microsoft templates, ensuring every document and presentation they produce reflected the integrity of their brand.
Working within DL Communications' established brand, we crafted design layouts for the six templates, balancing visual rigour with everyday practicality.
Adopting design principles, each template was designed to translate the brand elements into refined, professional layouts that feel cohesive and are easily adapted across a range of document types and client-facing communications.

The Word templates cover the full breadth of DL Communications' documentation needs, from detailed technical reporting with comprehensive numbering and custom table styles, through to governance policies, client-facing proposals, internal memos, and formal correspondence. Rounding out the suite, the PowerPoint A4 Landscape Proposal template gives the team a polished and flexible format purpose-built for presenting to Defence and government stakeholders.
