Eftsure is an Australian company whose software protects business-to-business payments. It verifies supplier details before money moves, helping organisations avoid payment errors, fraud and cybercrime, and it safeguards more than $200 billion in payments each year.
Eftsure talks about serious subjects, including business email compromise, insider fraud and human error, to audiences that deal in numbers and risk. Its presentations need to show authority and trustworthiness while still getting a clear, confident message across.
Eftsure needed a consistent set of PowerPoint templates so every presentation looked like it came from the same brand, no matter who built it or where it would be shown.
The brief also had a forward-looking requirement. Eftsure's teams would increasingly be building presentations and documents with AI, so the templates needed to be designed for use with Claude as well as by staff in the traditional fashion.
The templates had to be structured so an AI could understand layout, hierarchy and content placeholder intent, so it could populate the decks correctly.
With collectively over 220 individually designed PowerPoint slides across the decks, Eftsure required a robust execution to serve them in the future.
Working within the established Eftsure visual brand identity, we designed and developed five PowerPoint templates, fit for different purposes, being: Event-Conference, Executive Board, External-Client Facing, Internal Operational, and Sales Deck.
Each template was built for use with Claude AI. Brand colours and fonts were set within the themes; the layouts are on well-built slide masters with enhancements to account for what AI needs. The content areas use placeholders that have been optimised, again for use within Claude.
These structures allow AI to choose the right layout, place content correctly, use text/heading hierarchy correctly and stay on brand.
The templates share a common set of layouts, typography and colour, and each is tailored to its setting, from quick internal updates to large-screen event presentations.
We built templates that are not just ready for AI use, but are also functional for people working directly in PowerPoint.
We put a lot of effort into Eftsure's template designs and build. Eftsure now has a consistent presentation system that works for both its teams and AI.
