Kyron Capital (Kyron) is an Australian investment and funds management business focused on identifying and unlocking value across real estate opportunities in Australia and New Zealand, with a portfolio spanning retail, office, healthcare, industrial, and hotels and leisure.
Kyron was born from the rebrand of Elanor Investors Group (ASX: ENN), relaunching as Kyron Capital Group (ASX: KYN) with a name and identity built to hold steady with a conservative Australian investor base while reading as credible and current to a new, growth-focused audience.
With that identity established, Kyron needed a consistent suite of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel templates, as well as brand implementation items. These deliverables were needed for investor, corporate and security holder communications, translating complex investment and financial information into documents that felt as considered as the brand itself.
Working within the Kyron identity provided by another branding agency, we designed and developed a comprehensive suite of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint templates covering investor presentations, capability materials, board communications, quarterly updates and formal corporate documentation.
The designs carried the same instinct that shaped the brand: measured where it needs to be, bold where it counts. Clear information hierarchy sits alongside a considered visual language, allowing dense investment, financial and property data to read consistently across formats and audiences.
The result is a flexible, cohesive template system for Kyron's recurring communications, one that extends the identity from name and brandmark through to every investor and corporate touchpoint, giving the team a reliable framework to work from as new materials are needed.
