Mental Health Australia is the peak national body representing the interests of Australians affected by mental illness and the organisations that support them. As a respected voice in the health and community sector, its communications must convey authority, compassion, and clarity — across every document and every audience it reaches.
Our engagement with Mental Health Australia focused on building a cohesive suite of Microsoft templates that would bring consistency and professionalism to their everyday communications, ensuring every document produced truly reflected the strength and credibility of their brand.
Working within Mental Health Australia's established brand, we crafted design layouts for the full suite of templates, balancing the visual aesthetic with the professional rigour expected of a national peak body.
Adopting our design-first approach, each template was thoughtfully considered to translate the organisation's brand elements into refined, accessible layouts that feel cohesive and adapt seamlessly across a range of document types and audiences.
All templates followed our proven design-first methodology, with design layouts completed and approved before development commenced, ensuring the final builds faithfully delivered the agreed vision without compromise.
The Word templates address the full breadth of Mental Health Australia's communication needs: from structured meeting facilitation with the Agenda template, through to formal external correspondence via the Letterhead, public-facing announcements with the Media Release, governance and compliance documentation in the Internal Policy template, and in-depth sector reporting through the External Long Report. Each template was purpose-built to serve its specific function while remaining unmistakably on-brand.
Rounding out the suite, the widescreen PowerPoint template gives the team a polished and flexible presentation format.
