OneFortyOne (OFO) is an integrated forestry and wood products company operating across Australia and New Zealand.
With operations spanning plantation management, manufacturing, and distribution, OFO needed a cohesive template system that would bring consistency and professionalism to its diverse internal and external communications.
The challenge was to create a comprehensive Microsoft Office suite for use across the organisation. The templates needed to work seamlessly across different teams and use cases while maintaining brand integrity and ensuring ease of use for staff at all levels.
OFO also required design assets that would strengthen internal culture and brand presence, including materials for office spaces and digital work environments.
We delivered an extensive suite of templates across Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, designed to cover the full spectrum of OFO's communication needs. The Word templates ranged from formal letterhead and media releases through to specialised internal communications, including newsletter templates, service delivery emails, and technology tips formats.
A dedicated EPMO (Enterprise Project Management Office) template suite was developed to support project governance and reporting, while the other templates provided the firm a consistent framework for organisational documentation. A style guide for Word was also delivered to ensure adherence and brand consistency.
The PowerPoint templates included both a comprehensive widescreen template for general use and a bespoke CEO presentation template for high-level stakeholder communications. Excel templates completed the Microsoft suite, ensuring branded consistency.
Beyond templates, we designed and delivered a suite of brand assets, including A3 company posters for physical spaces, desktop wallpaper, and virtual backgrounds – strengthening OFO's visual presence across both in-person and remote work environments.
