Tianqi Lithium Energy Australia (TLEA) operates Australia's first lithium hydroxide refinery based in Kwinana, Western Australia. TLEA manufactures battery-grade lithium hydroxide for global battery cell manufacturers, playing a pioneering role in Australia's critical minerals and clean energy transition.
With diverse stakeholders who need clear communication, TLEA required a comprehensive suite of professional Microsoft templates to support their complex communications needs while maintaining brand consistency across their growing team.
We designed and built an extensive suite of Word, PowerPoint and Excel templates tailored to TLEA's operational requirements. The suite included two comprehensive Long Report templates, specialised templates for procedures, policies, and board papers, plus communication templates covering letterheads (TLEA, TLA, and TLK variants), media releases, memos, and meeting minutes. Each template features professional styling and brand-consistent design that makes document creation straightforward.
The long report templates have drop-down click functionality to seamlessly insert landscape A4 and A3 pages into the portrait Word reports.
The PowerPoint widescreen presentation template delivers polished presentations for both internal and external audiences, supported by a curated image library ensuring consistent visual language across documents.
We created three Excel templates—a blank startup spreadsheet plus landscape and portrait formats—to maintain brand consistency in operational reporting, along with business cards reflecting TLEA's position as a leader in Australia's emerging lithium processing industry.
All templates were delivered with installation instructions to ensure smooth adoption across the organisation.
We also completed business card artwork and a recreation of the brand guidelines, reflective of the new template designs.
