Property Investor Centre exists to simplify the investment journey.

The brief

As a group of experienced property specialists, the brief for their branding was to create a visual identity that resonated with all age groups, displayed a sense of trust and was highly polished.

The outcome

Within a limited time frame, we crafted and presented three conceptual visual identities for the client to provide feedback on. These concepts focused on various approaches to create the right emotional connection with the audience.

The contemporary building block layout was chosen as the clear favourite and designs were progressed through to website layouts for desktop and mobile, supply of graphics for web development, social media, and business cards.

Strategically, the visual identity is a contemporary style ‘building block’ design that is both versatile and aesthetically pleasing. The design is both fresh and engaging.
